With This USC Alumni Referral Program, Give Me Referrals and I Will Pay You, USC and Your Favorite Charity!

Special Note: Referees do not need to be a USC alum. Only the referrer needs to be a USC alum or student.

Before we begin, know this: Aflac builds employee loyalty to your organization, does not cost business owners anything to implement and it will even save them money on taxes! It's a Win-Win-Win situation!

As an alumnus of the University of Southern California, you understand the power of networking since USC has one of the most powerful alumni networks in the country. Well, I get it too! So I'm going to make you an extraordinary offer that is only being made available to USC alumni via this USC alumni referral program.

You see, recently, I chose to start a new business as an independent agent for Aflac insurance and I am working on a USC alumni referral plan. I'm sure that you've heard of Aflac because of our crazy duck commercials and our sponsorship of Carl Edwards' NASCAR racing team.

However what you may not be aware of is that Aflac is:

  • Fortune 500 company
  • 100 Best Companies to Work for®—Fortune 2008
Aflac has been listed as one of Fortune's "100 Best Companies to Work for"® for nine consecutive years.
  • Fortune Top 100 Most Admired Companies
  • Top 125 Companies - Training Magazine 2007
  • 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers—Working Mother 2006
Working Mother cites Aflac's onsite child care and flexible work schedules.
  • 50 Best Companies for Women—Fortune 2005
  • 35 Great Places to Work for African-American Women—Essence 2005
  • 50 Best Companies for Hispanic Women to Work-LATINA Style 2004
  • Provides high quality yet extremely affordable life insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance and catastrophic illness insurance

Plus, Aflac is a huge corporate sponsor of a wide variety of charities including the upcoming Aflac Iron Girl Del Mar Women's Event on June 22.

My point with all of this is to have you see that Aflac is very similar to USC in that they really back their customers, their employees and their community. Much like USC, they are the best of the best and that's why I chose to be affiliated with them.

I contacted you because I need your assistance in building my Aflac business. However, I don't want this to be a one-way street. So, I am willing to reward you greatly plus I will reward USC and your favorite charity through this USC alumni referral program.

All you have to do for this USC alumni referral plan is refer me to potential Aflac clients (they do not need to be USC alumni) that are businesses interested in saving money on their taxes, at no cost, by offering their employees businesses the option to purchase affordable life insurance, disability insurance, dental insurance and catastrophic illness insurance and let them know I will be contacting them about Aflac. If they sign up, I will reward you with the percentage of my upfront commission that you feel is appropriate and then at the end of the year, I will send a check to both USC and your favorite charity.

So, what types of clients am I looking for through this USC alumni referral program? My main focus is on small businesses with five to twenty employees although I also write policies for individuals and larger companies. Really, no person or business is too small or too big for me to service with utmost diligence and the best, most affordable life insurance, dental insurance, etc. Again, Aflac does not cost the business anything to implement.

I will work with:

  • Individuals or businesses in San Diego County, CA
  • Any business with more than 10 employees within 100 miles of 92122
  • Any business within the state of California with more than 20 employees
  • Any business within the United States with more than 40 employees
  • Not sure how many employees a company has? Just refer them anyway and I'll do the research for you

To give you an idea of how much I would pay you for your referrals, normally, 80% of business owners that I meet see how AFLAC can help their business and their employees. Therefore, they agree to make Aflac available to their employees. Out of all employees, about 70% sign-up for Aflac products. The average commission per employee is $192 and Aflac pays 50% of that amount as an upfront commission. You do the math.

Refer me to ten businesses with ten employees each and you would receive around $539 and both USC and your favorite charity would receive around $54 each based on only a 10%/1%/1% basis. In addition, these numbers are based off my usual prospecting methods. I truly believe that with your personal referral, I will see at least 90% of business owners agree to offer Aflac to their employees. That would equate to around $640 for you and and both USC and your favorite charity would receive around $64 each.

But that's not all! If anyone that you refer to me gives me a referral that signs up with Aflac, then I will pay you 3% of that upfront commission, give 1% of that upfront commission to USC and give another 1% to your favorite charity at the end of the year.

Again, I want this USC alumni referral plan to be profitable for both of us as well as USC and your favorite charity. So when you fill out the form below, let me know what you believe would be a fair percentage for you to receive for each referral as well as USC and your favorite charity. You do not need to go with the numbers above as I will do my absolute best to accommodate any deal than is not completely outrageous.

(Notice: You must contact your referral before I contact them and warm them up by letting them know that I will be contacting them about a service that "will build employee loyalty to their organization while, at the same time, save them money on their payroll taxes without costing them anything." I highly recommend that you do not mention Aflac, "employee benefits" or really any more than that one line other than maybe telling them that you signed up as well because many business owners have misconceptions about Aflac Insurance. Most are resistant to even allow me to make my 15-20 minute presentation to them when they hear "Aflac Insurance" but 80% of business owners opt to offer Aflac Insurance to their employees after the presenation. I will not call them before two business days have passed after you submit their lead to me. If your referral tells me that they were not expecting my call, you will not receive your commissions although I will still donate to your charity. Therefore, do not forget to warm up your referrals; it is absolutely critical to our combined success.)
